A while back, I wrote a series of articles that appeared in The Homebrewer, the now-defunct journal of the American QRP Club, that detailed my efforts to build a simple weather station using a PIC microcontroller. Occasionally, people find parts of the project on the NJQRP club web site, but the complete set was not available online. So, I finally packaged up the whole series for download:
The PIC Wx Project (2.7 MB zip file)
I haven’t done any work on this project in several years, so what you see in the zip file is the very latest available. Please leave a comment below if you have any questions regarding this project.
THIS WEATHER STATION PROJECT HAS BEEN BRILLIANT TO BUILD AND ALL WITHOUT ANY FAULTS TO FIND ,,,WHICH WAS SUCH A BONUS, A VERY VALUABLE ADD ON TO ANY RADIOHAM STATION

Thank you very much for uploading this.
This is exactly what a homebrewer needs! a simple PIC and no complex circuicity. Perfect!
Continue the good job
Dave, did you present a paper on the PIC WX at the TAPR DCC years ago? If so, I would like to talk to you about documenting the PIC WX on my new APRS Hardware History webpage. Please contact me when you get some time. Thanks!
Your PIC Weather Station project sounds awesome. This can be very useful. Hope your plans with the PIC weather station works out. All the best!
Thanks
